About me
Ryandeep Chawla

I am a product-minded consultant working at the intersection of AI strategy, analytics, and delivery. I help teams translate business goals, user needs, and regulatory requirements into clear roadmaps and shipped solutions.
At Deloitte, I'm the lead program manager for $3.2M+ in annual enterprise platform delivery for a large state health and human services agency, owning scope through go-live across four $800K+ releases a year, and I advise senior stakeholders on their AI adoption roadmap. I also built a production multi-agent AI system, with personalized memory, scheduled research, and integrations across AlphaSense, Factiva, and Exa.ai, that is now the primary insights infrastructure for a large internal team and scaling to a second platform.
Outside of client work, I build AI products of my own: a guided technical-analysis platform for swing traders, an automated true-crime content pipeline, and an interactive coffee-brewing simulator. I designed, coded, and shipped each one working closely with AI tools like Claude. I decide what to build and where the bar is, and use AI to get there faster.
When I'm not building, you'll find me dialing in espresso shots, DJing, playing poker, training Muay Thai, or on the squash court. I like meeting people who care about technology and using data on real problems, so feel free to reach out.
